3 Steps To Receive a Promised Miracle - Part 3

Part Three of Three Steps

Hebrews 10:23 We must hold on to God's promise that we have said we believed. And we must never let go. He has promised and he will do it.

Last October, the doctor gave my husband, Jerry, some bad news. They had found a growth on his pancreas; we immediately began to pray for it not to be cancerous. Two weeks later he had major surgery and the growth was removed with part of his pancreas. The test results showed it was a cancerous growth but the good news it was completely removed. A recent blood test combined with an imaging test showed no cancer in Jerry’s physical body. I am rejoicing! Will you take 3 seconds with me and thank Jesus for healing Jerry of cancer? “Thank you, Jesus! Jerry is healed, he has no cancer in his body! Praise Your Name!”

As a preventative measure Jerry has been doing chemotherapy treatments and his last one is in May. During this journey, God has been speaking to me, comforting me, and encouraging me. And you have been a great friend, strengthening me with your prayers and kind, faith-filled words. Thank you! During this difficult time, God spoke three thoughts from this verse in Hebrews 10:23, first, We must hold on to God's promise, second, we have said we believed. And third, we must never let go. He has promised and he will do it.

3 STEPS TO THE PROMISED MIRACLE:

Hebrews 10:23 We must hold on to God's promise that we have said we believed. And we must never let go. He has promised and he will do it.

Step One: Don’t Doubt God’s Word! Hebrews 10:23 says… “we must hold on to God's promise”. When you are in a difficult situation and you need to trust God for a miracle always start with finding scripture that promises you His blessings, His victory, and His breakthrough power. Once you receive a scripture promise don’t allow doubt in --- Don’t doubt God’s Word! Trust God, have confidence in Jesus and believe Him, and don’t give up! The promised miracle is on the way!

Step Two: Don’t Be Silent! Hebrews 10:23 says… “We have said we believed”.  You hold onto a scripture by saying it, over and over again. We must keep saying it, speak it to ourselves, don’t be silent, declare it in our heart and mind and confess, “I am in the middle of my miracle.” Encourage yourself, keep hoping, keep proclaiming His promises, keep praying, and keep saying you believe. God is true to His promises, He is faithful, fill your mind with the promises, and declare your breakthrough miracle is on the way.

DECLARE IT!

I know that God always keeps His promises.
He who promised is reliable and trustworthy.
I know He is faithful.
I can trust the one who made the agreement with me.
I know there is no question that He will do what He says.
I will stand in faith.
I will never give up.
I plan on waiting as long as it takes.
I can and I will overcome doubt.
God will do what He says.

Step Three: Never Quit Waiting! Hebrews 10:23 says…  “never let go, He has promised and he will do it”.   God is telling us that He is faithful to keep His promises, He wants us to know that He will always keep His promises because He is reliable, trustworthy and we can trust the one who made the agreement with us.  Maybe you have been waiting faithfully for days, months, or even years for God to answer your prayer. You can keep trusting Him to heal you, give you that new home, see your child surrender to Christ or write that book or song. Sometimes when we are waiting for a miracle and it takes longer than we anticipated, we want to quit. No matter how long it takes…Don’t give up, never quit waiting, your answer is coming. Your blessing is on the way.  God is faithful to keep His promises. He is trustworthy, reliable and you can count on it, He will do it. He promised you victory, blessings, and favor if you don’t quit! Your miracle is coming!

We all have something we are believing God to do for us. I am believing God for a miracle for Jerry in these next few chemotherapy treatments that he will feel strong, healthy, and have no pain. As I am walking through this difficult season with my husband, I am following these three steps to receive a promised miracle… found in Hebrews 10:23 We must hold on to God's promise that we have said we believed. And we must never let go. He has promised and he will do it.

Share with us which of these three steps spoke to you? Then remind us what miracle you would like to receive, so we can pray with you. Or maybe you have received a miracle recently, please tell us? We would like to hear about the miracle.

And please say a prayer for Jerry to successfully complete chemotherapy treatments without any adverse side effects. I am believing he will be strong, healthy, and pain-free. We are believing in great miracles in your life. Thank you and we love you!
